About
Most people try to avoid drama. Robyn Hatcher used to write it for a living.
A former writer for the iconic daytime dramas All My Children and One Life to Live, Robyn is now a Certified Speaking Professional, keynote speaker, and communication strategist who helps leaders and teams understand the hidden human dynamics shaping how they communicate, collaborate, and perform.
Drawing on her experience as a television writer, professional actor, executive coach, and Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Robyn helps audiences recognize the unconscious scripts, assumptions, and behavioral patterns that create misunderstandings, erode trust, and turn everyday workplace plot twists into unnecessary drama.
Through her ActorTypes™ communication-style system and E.D.I.T. Framework™, she gives professionals practical tools to align intention with impact, communicate more effectively across differences, and create cultures where people feel seen, heard, and valued.
Robyn has energized and equipped thousands of professionals from organizations including UBS, PayPal, Spotify, Hewlett Packard, American Express, Con Edison, and Raymond James. And on stages from New York to Alaska. Her presentations blend behavioral science, compelling storytelling, humor, and immediately usable strategies that strengthen communication, relationships, and performance.
She is the author of Standing Ovation Presentations and was named one of the “21 Women of the 21st Century” by eWomen’s News.
Audiences leave seeing themselves and one another more clearly, with the tools to reduce drama, strengthen trust, and perform at their best.
Robyn used to create drama for a living. Now, she helps organizations rewrite it.
