Ralf is a keynote speaker, trainer, consultant, and author who has spent more than two decades building organizations around Begeisterung — a German word, rooted in Geist ("spirit"), that runs deeper than "enthusiasm." He is the founder of STRUPAT.KundenBegeisterung!, one of the first full-service agencies in the German-speaking market devoted entirely to customer and employee Begeisterung.
His central conviction is simple and consequential: inspired employees create delighted customers. Merely satisfied customers, he argues, drift away; only those who are surprised and delighted stay. Before founding his agency in 2002, Ralf spent ten years leading human resources and sales for a construction firm, proving that even in a commoditized, price-driven market a company can stand out by becoming "pleasantly noticeable, different from all the rest." That experience shaped the strategy he first developed in 1998 and still refines today.
He is the author of two books — Das bunte Ei (2008), on winning through customer delight, and Der Eiertanz (2010), on employee Begeisterung as a decisive leadership factor. A sought-after media expert who has appeared on German television, he holds the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation and belongs to Club 55, the European Community of Experts in Marketing and Sales.
