Hall of Fame Speaker, Linda Swindling, is your go-to expert in negotiating everything from big deals to workplace drama. Linda’s negotiation expertise was refined in the courtroom and boardroom as a corporate attorney and, later, a strategic advisor to CEOs. She is a practicing professor of negotiation and dispute resolution for the Jindal School of Business at the University of Texas at Dallas in both the Graduate and Undergraduate program.

A Certified Speaking Professional, Board Certified Coach, and “recovering” attorney, Linda has served NSA both locally and nationally. In addition to being recognized as one of the Top 10 Global Gurus in Negotiation, Linda is the only inductee into both NSA’s Speaker Hall of Fame and HR Southwest’s Speaker Hall of Fame.
