About
Ken Hartley, CSP®, is a nationally recognized keynote speaker, author, and leadership expert who helps companies and leaders uncover the hidden beliefs that limit leadership, communication, and growth.
His work is built around a simple premise: unseen beliefs create visible problems. What people believe influences what they see, how they communicate, how they lead, how they respond to change, and ultimately, the actions they take.
Blending more than three decades of leadership experience with engaging storytelling, practical application, and world-class illusions, Ken helps audiences identify the assumptions, perceptions, and limiting beliefs operating beneath the surface. His presentations challenge people to examine what they believe, recognize where those beliefs may be creating obstacles, and intentionally choose a more productive way forward.
A Certified Speaking Professional (CSP®), Ken has worked with corporations, associations, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies across the country. His keynotes and workshops explore leadership, communication, change, influence, and personal growth through the lens of belief, giving audiences practical tools they can immediately apply in their professional and personal lives.
Ken is the author of ten books, creator of multiple leadership and communication courses, and recipient of the 2024 Merlin Award for Corporate Inspirational Magician of the Year. His distinctive combination of substantive content and unforgettable demonstrations has also earned national recognition, including recognition by Microsoft among leading keynote speakers to follow in 2026.
At the center of Ken’s work is one question: What are you believing that is shaping what you see and do?
Because unseen beliefs create visible problems.
