About
Jeff Civillico is a 10-year Las Vegas headliner turned Hall of Fame keynote speaker who helps organizations unlock leadership, engagement, and culture from the inside out. A three-time “Best of Las Vegas” winner and Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Jeff blends clean comedy, heartfelt service, and high-energy storytelling to create experiences that engage, entertain, and inspire audiences worldwide.
From performing shows as a kid for his “Gram” to becoming the youngest Producer/Headliner in Las Vegas history, Jeff has built his career on connection. Today, he brings that same energy to corporate stages around the world, delivering interactive experiences that foster meaningful engagement and real connection
After his TEDx talk, “How to Be an Everyday Influencer,” reached millions, Jeff commissioned a national research study to better understand how influence is created in everyday life. From that work came “The Hidden Power of Everyday Influence,” a framework translating influence into practical strategies rooted in proximity, consistency, and presence.
His new keynote, “Everyday Influence: Quiet Power That Moves People, Shapes Culture, and Ignites Possibility,” brings this research to life, equipping organizations to strengthen leadership, increase engagement, and build cultures rooted in ownership and accountability.
Jeff is also the Founder and Chairman of Win Win Charity, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving over 100 children’s hospitals with weekly programming, delivering joy and human connection through in-person and virtual visits from entertainers, athletes, and celebrities.
Jeff’s full-length special, "Jeff Civillico: Comedy in Action," is streaming now on Prime Video, Apple TV+, YouTube TV, and Google Play. With wild stunts, hilarious audience moments, and a behind-the-curtain look at the hustle, heart, and humor it takes to chase a dream, this is a feel-good story for the whole family.
