Hilary Blair, CSP, is a keynote speaker whose work sits at the intersection of performance and executive communication — helping leaders close the gap between what they mean and how they land.
The creator of the Fruitful Friction® framework, Hilary helps leaders and teams stay present in the messy middle: the high-stakes conversations, the unresolved tension, and the moments where avoidance quietly drains results. As co-owner of ARTiculate: Real & Clear, she and her team have brought this work to Fortune 500 companies, global nonprofits, and high-growth organizations, including Liberty Global, Starbucks, PwC, Genentech, and Maersk.
