About
Brenda Bence is a Professional Hall of Fame Speaker who is internationally recognized for delivering hundreds of powerful, high-impact keynote addresses across six continents. With more than two decades’ experience on stage, Brenda is known for empowering executive audiences with practical, immediately actionable strategies that elevate leadership, strengthen their leadership brands, and drive organizational performance.
Before building her global speaking and coaching business, Brenda spent the early years of her career leading billion-dollar brands for Fortune 100 multinationals, running businesses that spanned four continents. Today, she brings that real-world executive experience directly to the stage - blending business credibility, proven proprietary frameworks, compelling storytelling, and humor into keynotes that resonate deeply across all levels of leadership.
In addition to being a Certified Speaking Professional and Global Speaking Fellow, Brenda is a globally ranked C-Suite coach and advisor who is recognized by Thinkers50 as a Coaching Legend. She is also the author of multiple leadership, branding, and coaching books. But it is on stage where Brenda’s ideas come alive - challenging leaders to think differently, act more intentionally, and navigate change in uncertain times.
